• Three in-person meetings for the couple to share their plans with WWC and organize final details of the event, first meeting being approximately five weeks prior to the wedding.

• Availability of remote support in the five weeks leading up to the wedding.

• Creation and distribution of the Wedding Day Timeline. Clients will have live access to this document and can assist with edits.

• Vendor confirmations on behalf of the couple.

• Primary point of contact person for all vendors and wedding day stakeholders on the wedding day.

• Execution of the Wedding Day Timeline, managing transitions throughout the day, and finding solutions to unexpected issues.

• One venue visit with the couple.

• Facilitation of wedding rehearsal.

• Transportation of additional items to the venue on the morning of the wedding.

• Assist with some set-up, rearranging, and tear down.

• Pay vendors on your behalf on the day of the wedding.
