Welcome to Winnipeg Wedding Coordinator! Allow me to share a little about myself and how I got here.

I grew up here in Winnipeg and have grown to absolutely adore this city (controversial.. I know). After high school, all I really knew was that I loved people, had a strong attention to detail, and wanted to help my community. I obtained my Bachelor's of Social Work and have worked in the social services field for 7+ years in various case management and supervisory roles.

Over the past two years, I have began working in the wedding industry, and have turned my love of planning events into a new type of social service. While I still love my day job as a social worker, I am enthusiastic to apply my skills in a different, more creative way.

Advocacy, conflict resolution, interpersonal communication, inclusivity, self-determination, empowerment, and multidisciplinary teamwork are just some of the social work practices that directly translates to this business. I utilize these skills to deliver a unique wedding coordination service that emphasizes your wellbeing and takes stress off a day that should not be stressful.
