I am accustomed to working as part of a multidisciplinary team consisting of caterers, venue staff, decor rental staff, photographers, florists, and other vendors. I am comfortable taking the lead on operating as a cohesive team on the day of the wedding to ensure a seamless, successful event.

Services
WWC currently offers a month-of organization and day-of execution package that includes:
Three in-person meetings for the couple to share their plans with WWC and organize final details of the event, first meeting being approximately five weeks prior to the wedding.
Availability of remote support in the five weeks leading up to the wedding.
Creation and distribution of the Wedding Day Timeline. Clients will have live access to this document and can assist with edits.
Vendor confirmations on behalf of the couple.
Primary point of contact person for all vendors and wedding day stakeholders on the wedding day.
Execution of the Wedding Day Timeline, managing transitions throughout the day, and finding solutions to unexpected issues.
One venue visit with the couple.
Facilitation of wedding rehearsal.
Transportation of additional items to the venue on the morning of the wedding.
Assist with some set-up, rearranging, and tear down.
Pay vendors on your behalf on the day of the wedding.
Wedding day emergency kit (not included in destination weddings).
